Quick Picks - Keeneland Saturday, October 14th
RACE THREE - Play third choice on the morning line #2 JUNIOR COLLEGE at any price above 2/1. You're likely to get somewhere in the 3/1 - 9/2 neighborhood for my top choice in this six-horse race. It's also worth looking at an exacta with #4 Smalltown Slew if you're getting at least 7/2 on that bet.
RACE FOUR - Longshot pick here is #8 THE POTTER'S HAND, who's 10/1 on the morning line. He's tied for second choice on my board. My top choice is #1 INCOME, who I set up as a 7/2 horse (and would play at 4/1 or better). 5/1 on the morning line.
RACE FIVE - I've got #9 EXTREME SUPREME as my 6/5 top choice, and he should dominate. I do like #5 CLEAR THE WAY (6/1 morning line) and #8 DRILLING FOR OIL (15/1 morning line) at 3/1 on my board.
RACE SIX - #9 SHE'S INDY MONEY is 2/1 on my list, 3/1 on the morning line. I'm hoping #11 Hot Attraction takes more cash than I think she will to drive #9's price up.
RACE SEVEN - #6 BEHAVING BADLY is a lock here, 3/5 on my line and 6/5 on the morning line. If you're going to play to beat her, look to #4 and #5, but you'd be dumb to try.
RACE EIGHT - #4 GORELLA is another mortal lock. #1/#7/#9 are all contenders to play instead if you're so inclined.
